Family Fun Series

One Saturday of the month join us for our family fun series. This is free and open to the public.

Here is what you can expect:

10am-12pm: Come to the plaza for family friendly activities for kids and parents to enjoy.

April 27th – Kids Jam Session hosted by Notasium

May 25th – Jeghetto Puppet Show

June 29th – Drum Circle hosted by Diali Cissokho

July 27th – Empower Dance Studio

August 31st – Science on Stage (Grades K-2) hosted by Morehead Planetarium

Morehead Planetarium and Science Center will captivate participants with interactive experiments and demonstrations performed by a Morehead educator. Use Bernoulli’s principle to make objects levitate in midair, turn everyday ingredients into cascades of colorful foam, perform hair-raising experiments with electricity, and so much more!
