In Building 3, shop 43 inspiring studio artists under one roof and a compelling one-night show, Make Believers, offering screen printing, collage, film, paint, photography and more. The deeply moving and poetic Hiroshima: After Aftermath, a powerful exhibition of work by elin o'Hara slavick will continue in ROOM 100.
Ongoing group show Natural Selection illuminates the walls of LabourLove Gallery, featuring contemporary artists with ties to Eastern North Carolina exhibiting adventurous mixed media paintings, sculptures and fiber works. Also on hand in the gallery: brand new t-shirt designs, prints, and more. And LLG will be showcasing Time, a beautiful and serene collection of fine art photography from Daniel J. Pesta. These pieces are printed in extremely limited editions and will sell out fast.

More on Make Believers
For one night at Golden Belt, a collection of North Carolina artist friends will compile their artistic endeavors for a compelling show called Make Believers. Each artist is unique in his/her vision and use of mediums from screen printing and collage, to film, paint and photography. Together, these artists share a common thread: make believers makes believers.
FEATURED ARTISTS INCLUDE:
Ashley Brodie: Ashley graduated with a BFA in metal design from East Carolina University. She is a jewelry designer at the Golden Belt studios. She
also works with mixed media and collage. Ashley Brodie’s interest in antique forms and other fragments of the past, leads her to mirror these qualities in her own creative techniques. Ashley currently works and lives in Durham, NC.
Shawn Albert: Shawn grew up in Hillsborough, NC and has been a part of the Chapel Hill music/art scene much of his life. He is a musician and music producer as well as an artist, working with mixed media photographs and collage. This show features a collaboration between Ashley Brodie and Shawn Albert.
Ron Liberti: Ron is a full-time graphic artist and screen printer, who resides in Carborro, NC. He graduated in art from Montclair in 1990. His work has been featured in large publications, such as Spin Magazine. For more, visit Ron's blog and the Gig Posters website.

Jamie Mcphail: Jamie McPhail has been making art for as long as she can remember. She has worked in a variety of mediums. She has studied both blacksmithing and encaustic painting at Penland School of Crafts. Encaustic encompasses so many of the things she loves: natural elements, a certain lack of control and fire. She lives and loves in the beautiful North Carolina countryside with her husband and son.
Laura Azar: Laura is a abstract painter from Chapel Hill. She also has an art studio in Dumbo, NY, where she creates her art part time. For more, visit Laura on Facebook.
Adrienne Byrd: Adrienne is a yoga instructor and painter of bunnies, who currently resides in Greensboro, NC.

Kevin Dixon: Kevin Dixon is a comic book artist, who currently lives in Chapel Hill. Some of his Comix include: Gilgamesh, And Then There Was Rock, Mickey Death, Tales of the Sinister Harvey, Round Eyed Southern Manga Boys, and Hellcar.

Patricia Soriano: Tricia graduated with a MFA in film and media production from the California College
of Arts in 2009. She currently resides at Golden Belt in Durham, NC and continues to work with film and photography.
Georgianna Grooters: Georgianna graduated from SCAD with a concentration in film. She works with abstract photography and resides in Hillsborough, NC.
