The Cotton Room at Golden Belt is the Triangle's newest all-inclusive event venue featuring innovative cuisine, expert planning and inspired décor. The renovated space opened in October 2009 and is independently-leased and operated.

ROOM 100, the central art gallery in Building 3, is available to rent on a very limited, case-by-case basis as are a number of our yet-to-be-leased spaces.
